Didnโt there have to be an initial verbal stimulus? I donโt know if the last question is actually intraverbal

Confusion here is because, in the ‘Defining Features’ it says that the controlling variable is verbal.
This confused me too at first, but I think verbal behaviour according to Skinner can be any speech, sign, written language etc.
