1.2 Who is this for?

This tutorial is for anyone interested in learning more about the analysis of language found in B.F. Skinner’s book Verbal Behavior1. Even if you don’t care about verbal behavior and are just here to get CEUs or credit for a course, we’ll still be nice to you. Extensive knowledge of psychology is not necessary to benefit from this tutorial, but some familiarity with basic principles of learning and conditioning is assumed. Basic behavioral concepts are reviewed only briefly during the tutorial.
