10.6 Increasing the Prompt Level During a Teaching Trial

This is the open-access version of this module and your progress is not tracked or recorded

If the learner resists your prompts or makes another error, complete the error correction procedure, increasing the prompt level each time until the learner is correct. Once the learner is correct, immediately provide praise and a tangible reinforcer. For any later trials for this target, begin again at the original prompt level indicated by the probe session (e.g., gestural).
