Mastering the Basics of Visual Analysis (Standard) Lesson 2: Level Change 2.8 Using a Band to Estimate Level

When you think of the level as a band, instead of a line, you’re basically indicating that your estimate is not super precise. For example, in this graph, instead of pinpointing one number for the level, we’re essentially saying that the level is somewhere in the range of 17 to 21.
