2.6 Estimating Level and Variability

Great work! Now it’s going to get a little bit trickier. Sometimes the data you will look at are more variable. Variability refers to the amount of fluctuation in the data points within a phase. Look at this graph. The largest value is around 12 and the smallest is 0. That’s quite a big spread.
