2.1 Setting Up a Discrete Trial Teaching Session

This is the open-access version of this module and your progress is not tracked or recorded

Begin by setting up the learning environment. Make sure the area is free from distractions like loud noises, posters, toys, etc. Before you start the session, quickly organize your materials. You should make sure you have your data sheet1, a pen, and all of the picture cards or objects that you will need for teaching.

This tutorial is based on a standard data sheet (download a Word or PDF version of it), but the instructions can easily be adapted to other data sheets or data collection methods.
