3.3 Consultation with Mrs. Howell Part 3

Mrs. Howell asserts this approach includes a consideration for the student’s self-esteem. It is not only superior to old-fashioned reinforcement, it increases compliance and cooperation for her students when compared to the performance of the same students in other classes. She is pleased and proud that her approach permits instruction to continue with little re-direction or interruption.
