The Effects of a Remote Behavioral Skills Training Package on Staff Performance in Conducting Functional Analyses
Denice RiosLearn about a study, presented at the 2022 Michigan Autism Conference, that demonstrated that a remote behavioral skills training (BST) program effectively taught practitioners to implement functional analyses (FA) with high accuracy. Utilizing secure remote technology, the program improved service quality and could expand professional training in underserved areas. Most participants maintained mastery level performance, with a few requiring additional support.
